B-Healthy 'Move Your Way' Program

Move Your Way program is committed to promoting inclusivity and providing accessible options for all individuals, regardless of their ability or experience. We strive to provide a supportive environment that allows people to come together and live a life of wellness.
Students
Join challenges that support healthy activity throughout the Spring and Fall semesters. Challenges are posted on B-Engaged.
Faculty and Staff

Each month track your activity to be entered to win various prizes! - Join a team!
Members must register for a specific team or department to be eligible for the team awards. Teams must consist of at least three people; there is no maximum. A team/department designation can be adjusted at any time by emailing bhealthy@binghamton.edu with the team designation/name.
Monthly Challenges
For faculty and staff only. To be eligible for monthly rewards, all activity must be sent by the last day of the month. Challenges are announced through our Move Your Way email alerts. Sign up for email reminders and tips throughout the year! Individual awards will be confirmed via e-mail and mailed to on-campus addresses. Other contest winners will be notified via e-mail.
